Edinburgh-based charity Trefoil have stepped in to help Kilpatrick Primary School with a donation of £800.

The charity specialises in providing funding for projects where no local government or NHS funding is available.

Elizabeth McAdam, depute head teacher of Kilpatrick Primary School, said: “We are grateful to Trefoil for their support and the kids really enjoy using the equipment in the outside centre.” David McArthur, chief executive of Trefoil, said: “Trefoil provides help and support to wherever it is needed to children and young people. “Kilpatrick Primary School was a deserving project which allowed us to make a real difference by providing something very simple.” Trefoil also recently supplied laptops to Glasgow Sick Kids Hospital for long term patients to continue their education whilst staying in hospital.
