Officers are due to set up a stall in Clyde Shopping Centre on Saturday in an effort to raise awareness of modern day slavery.
The nationwide event provides an opportunity to draw attention to human trafficking and to pressurise the government into addressing the scale of the issue. Modern day slavery is defined as child trafficking, forced labour, domestic servitude and trafficking for sexual exploitation.
