The Labour for Independence event, supported and hosted by YES West Dunbartonshire, begins at 7pm and is open to all who wish to hear the Labour case for Independence.
The meeting will be chaired by Danny McCafferty and speakers will include Alex Bell, chair of Labour for Independence; Bob Thomson, former chairman of the Scottish Labour Party; Jeane Freeman, special advisor to Jack McConnell; Alex Mosson, former Lord Provost of Glasgow; and Claire Gallagher, Clydebank Labour Party member.
Organiser Allan Grogan, leader of Labour for Independence, said: “The Labour vote will play a deciding factor in the independence referendum. We believe that a YES vote will lead to a fairer, stronger Scotland with the founding principles of the labour and trade union movement at the heart of it.”
