MUMS are being encouraged to get back to fitness with a new exercise group aimed at both mother and child. The class uses circuit training to get mothers, aunties and grannies back in to shape with the added bonus of not having to find a babysitter.

Pauline Mitchell launched the mum and baby workout and wants to encourage mums to come along as early as possible, Paulines motto is "healthy parents, healthy kids".

By 2020 fifty percent of the UK population will be obese according to the British Heart Foundation, therefore Pauline's class is the perfect opportunity for both generations to get back into shape and prove those figures wrong.

Classes take place at 1.30pm on Mondays at Studio Central Fitness.
