THREE people have been fined after being caught using their mobile phone while driving in West Dunbartonshire.
Road policing cops in the area caught the motorists during patrols over the weekend.
Each driver received six penalty points and a £200 fine.
Officers have warned others that using phones while driving can be fatal.
