Clydebank’s Goldenhill Bowling Club raised more than £600 for a charity that offers flexible support to disabled people.
The club, which has held charity days for the past four years, has previously donated to Kilpatrick School and Robin House Children’s Hospice.
Sense Scotland was this year’s recipient of cash raised by the “team effort” of the bowling club.
Emma, from Sense Scotland, visited the club to receive a cheque for £634.
The club’s members said: “We were absolutely delighted with the response from everyone involved and the amount raised and would like to thank all members of both clubs, Goldenhill and Whitecrook, and all the local business’ that supplied raffle prizes.”
The cheque event on Saturday, August 4, included a game of bowls, food and drinks and a raffle.
