St Peter the Apostle High School was evacuated this morning - a day after a similar "hoax" incident at Clydebank High.
Police and fire services attended the incident around 10.30am on Wednesday.
However, pupils returned to their classes at around 11am after emergency services confirmed the building was safe.
A West Dunbartonshire Council spokesperson said: “Police and the Fire Service are in attendance at St Peter the Apostle High School in response to an incident.
“Precautionary measures have been taken to ensure the safety of all our pupils and they have been temporarily moved from the building to allow investigations to be carried out.
“Parents have been informed.”
Parents took to social media to share their concerns.
Yesterday, Clydebank High was evacuated at around 9.30am. It later emerged the incident was suspected to have been a "hoax" and pupils soon returned to class.
Speaking to the Post yesterday about the Clydebank High evacuation, a spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Police were called to an incident believed to be a malicious call at a school in West Dunbartonshire at 9.30am.
"A search was carried out in conjunction with the local authority and pupils have returned to class.
"Enquiries are continuing to tract who is responsible."
Officers asked anyone with information is asked to contact police on the non-emergency 101 number or Crimestoppers.
