A DRUMRY man who threatened police has been praised in court for his good behaviour.
Christopher Baxter, of Duncombe View, was subject of a review at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week on his community payback order (CPO).
The 24-year-old was said to have “doubled down” carrying it out.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry praised Baxter and said when he does “knuckle down”, it can have positive outcomes.
He said: “Credit where credit is due - this is one of the best reports I have seen for quite some time.”
Sheriff Hendry fixed a further review on August 4 to make sure Baxter continued to behave and carry out CPO.
But he added: “August 4, don’t come into court chewing.”
