DALY — WILLIAM. Passed peacefully away on the evening of Monday 9th January, 2017, surrounded by his devoted family. Admitted to The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital mid December, his passing comes after a long struggle with ill health. Spending his working life in shipbuilding, Bill, who was 86, is now reunited with Ellen, his beloved wife, who left us two years ago. He is survived by his children Anne, Rose, John, Scott and Mark; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Bill will be sorely missed by all of us. The family would like to thank his GP, Dr Alex Potter and the staff in ward 11a at QEUH for the wonderful care they gave to Bill. His Funeral Mass will be at 12 noon, Thursday 19th January at St Eunan’s, followed by Clydebank Crematorium at 1.30pm, and Hardgate Golf Club thereafter. All welcome.
