Clydebank residents were given once in a blue moon access to a fire station which, any other day, is strictly invite only.
The open day saw residents of all ages take to the Clydebank Community Fire Station, getting hands on with its equipment and meeting the wonderful fire fighters who keep the area safe.
The free-to-enter event was held from 11am to 3pm today in aid of the Fire Fighters Charity, which offers support to not only firefighters across the UK, but their families.
