Three woman charged after 'serious assault' on Glasgow Stronvar Drive

Three women have been charged following an alleged serious assault in Glasgow.

The incident took place on Stronvar Drive at around 1.40pm on Saturday, May 30.

A 41-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment.

Her condition is unknown.

Officers then arrested three women aged 28, 32 and 61 in connection with the incident.

All three have since been charged and will appear in court at a later date.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.40pm on Saturday, May 30, 2026, we received a report of a woman having been seriously assaulted on Stronvar Drive, Glasgow.

"Emergency services attended, and the woman, aged 41, was taken to hospital for treatment.

"Three women, aged 28, 32 and 61 were arrested and charged in connection.

"They are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date."
