A learner driver stopped by police in Clydebank allegedly has no 'supervision, L plates or insurance'.
Traffic cops in the town pulled over the Vauxhall motor on Glasgow Road after suspecting it had a defective brake light on Tuesday, May 12.
After investigating, the officers claim the driver only held a provisional licence.
Further enquiries were carried out and the person would allegedly found to be unsupervised, not displaying the required red 'L' plates and without insurance.
It is alleged the insurance company invalidated the policy that has been in place.

Officers seized the vehicle and the man was reported for the alleged offences.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Drivers from countries out with the EU or European Economic area have a maximum of 12 months from when they become a resident of the United Kingdom to drive on using their licence, after this, drivers must apply for a UK licence and pass a driving test."
