A GP surgery in Clydebank has been cancelling patient's appointments amid an ongoing IT issue.
The Red Wing Medical Practice in the Queen's Quay has been turning away non-urgent cases after reporting an issue with a recent external system upgrade.
In a text sent to patients and seen by the Clydebank Post, NHS Scotland say the issue is "outwith their control" and that they have raised the matter to "the highest level".

"Health Board teams are working closely with the practice and the IT provider to rectify the issue urgently.
"Temporary arrangements are in place to ensure that urgent patient needs are addressed whilst this issue is rectified.
"We would like to apologise to patients for any inconvenience caused."
