A three-floor early 1900s period property in Clydebank has gone up for sale by the Church of Scotland.

The Manse, a former property for church ministers located at 16 Parkhall Road, is being offered for bids over £270,000.

The semi-detached four-bedroom home dates back to the 1900s and is now being sold by church bosses.

The religious body hopes the convenient and welcoming setting can be scooped by by a new owner.

This 'charming and spacious' home includes a living room with feature fireplace, a sitting room, kitchen, study, bathroom, shower room, four bedrooms, and a private garden.

In addition, the 'stunning' home contains period properties throughout including bay windows and ceiling cornices.

Offers are invited through a Scottish solicitor and should be submitted in writing to the Church of Scotland Law Department at 121 George Street, Edinburgh, or by email to properties@churchofscotland.org.uk.

Interested parties are advised to have their solicitor formally intimate their interest, as a closing date for offers may be set, and church committees will require sufficient time to consider any bids.
