A woman caught in a drug dealing operation after a raid on her home has been ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work.
Isabella Butterly, 63, was snared with up to £37,000 of cocaine at the property in Glasgow’s Knightswood on March 12 2024.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard that a warrant had been granted to search her home that morning.
Prosecutor Darren Harty said: “Butterly was alone in the property.
“Officers recovered a white bag containing white rock in the living room.
“There was loose white rock from a couch in the living room.
“There was a taped block of white powder in a bag from a safe in the hall cupboard.
“A white bag containing white rock was also recovered from a fridge in the hall cupboard.”

Butterly was then arrested before the substances recovered were tested.
Mr Harty stated: “The total weight of the cocaine was 950.11 grams and valued at between £35,000 and £37,000.”
First offender Butterly pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine.
Kevin Brady, defending, today told the sentencing that his client is a vulnerable person who “did not ask questions” at the time.
The lawyer added: “She understood what went on and did not want to contact the authorities as she feared about what happened.
“She bought there would be retribution if she did that.
“She is unlikely to trouble the court again.”
Sheriff Shona Gilroy tagged Butterly for six months as well as imposing unpaid work upon her.
Butterly will also be put under supervision for six months.
The sheriff told her: “This is an offence that attracts custody.
“The plague of drugs in this city is helped by people like you who turn a blind eye and contribute to the misery of drugs.
“Because of your age and appear as a first offender, I will not send you to prison and deal with this with an alternative to custody.
“If you do not complete the order then I promise you the alternative will be imposed.”
