Clydebank and Milngavie MSP Marie McNair has shown support for First Minister John Swinney's renewed drive to eliminate child poverty.
Mr Swinney announced on September 24 the expansion of the Fairer Futures Partnerships to include West Dunbartonshire.
This initiative, backed by £4 million of Scottish Government investment this year, aims to provide integrated support for families by uniting local services across childcare, education, health, housing and employment.

The SNP Scottish Government is also providing more than £1 million in Adopt and Adapt funding for councils not yet involved.
This is to allow more local authorities the chance to learn what works and embed best practice in their communities.

Ms McNair said: "No child in Scotland should grow up in poverty, and I fully support John Swinney’s clear and compassionate leadership in his mission to eradicate child poverty.
"While Labour at Westminster continues to impose cruel policies like the abhorrent two-child cap, the SNP is investing in dignity and fairness, with game-changing policies like the Scottish Child Payment and whole family support programmes delivering real help to families in West Dunbartonshire.
“This expansion means more communities across West Dunbartonshire will benefit from the joined-up, person-centred support.
"The SNP is listening to communities, working across services, and backing up our values with action and investment.
"This is real systemic change delivered by the SNP."
