A busy Glasgow road has reopened after a car crashed through a railing, which led to the street being shut for hours.
Emergency crews, including police, paramedics, and firefighters, raced to Knightswood Cross following a report of a one-car crash at around 12pm on Thursday, August 28.
After the alarm was raised, multiple cops, a fire engine, an ambulance, a special operations response team (SORT), a trauma team and a rapid resuscitation response unit were all sent to the scene.
Following that, a man was taken to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

Officers have since revealed the busy road has reopened. It reopened at around 9pm on Thursday.
Pictures captured at the scene by the Glasgow Times show a black car appearing to have crashed through a railing.
The vehicle could be seen badly damaged, while the traffic lights at the major junction were in darkness after damage to the infrastructure appeared to have damaged wires.
Police Scotland's collision investigation team were also spotted taking images of the scene as they were inspecting the site.
An investigation into the crash is underway.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Great Western Road in Glasgow has reopened following a crash between Knightswood Road and Archer Hill Road, involving one car around noon on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
"Emergency services attended, and the male driver was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 12.04pm (August 28) to attend an incident on Great Western Road, Clydebank.
"An ambulance, a special operations response team (SORT), a trauma team and a rapid resuscitation response unit (3RU) were dispatched to the scene.
"One patient was transported to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 12.11pm on Thursday, August 28, to reports of a road traffic collision involving one vehicle near Baldwin Avenue and Knightswood Road.
“Operations control mobilised one appliance to the scene to assist emergency service partners.
“One casualty was taken into the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service.
“Crews left the scene at 1pm after ensuring the area was made safe.”
