A free fitness challenge is set to take place next month to support neurodiversity.

The Fierce Fitness Challenge, hosted by Born to Be Alive CIC, will be held on Saturday, September 13, in Knightswood Park.

Participants are invited to sign up and take part in a variety of activities to raise funds.

The day will kick off at 7.15am with the Rogue Runners, followed by a Fierce Bootcamp at 8am and a 30-minute cardio dance session at 9am.

Confident cyclists will be invited to head to Drumclog car park at 9.30am, followed by a walk to Dumbrock Loch, a swim across the loch and back, before cycling back to Knightswood Park.

The day will conclude with a yoga session to help participants wind down after a full-on day.

Organisers have made it clear there is no obligation to take part in every activity, with participants free to pick and choose based on their comfort and confidence levels.

All activities will be carried out at participants’ own risk, and individuals are responsible for their own health and safety.

A full kit list and tips will be sent to those who sign up.

Registration for the event is free, however spaces are limited and individuals are encouraged to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

All participants are advised to stay active leading up to the event to ensure they can enjoy the day to the fullest.
