The owner of a parrot is reaching out for help after her pet went missing in late July.
Karen who lives in Drumchapel is asking locals for help after her Indian Ringneck parrot called Tango went missing after escaping its cage on July 31.
The 4-year-old bird which is distinctively green was placed in their cage in the garden whilst their owner cleaned indoors.
When the bird escaped its cage it was seen flying over Chaplett Avenue in Knightswood.
The bird has since stayed in the area for three weeks and was seen near the Lincoln Pub.
Karen says she hears his squawk almost daily but is struggling to get him home.
His last known sighting was on August 28 near Linnvale and Whitecrook.
The parrot has two tail feathers missing and cannot speak.
Owner Karen is asking for help saying she 'misses him' and 'just wants him back' and wants to thank all those that have helped in the search so far.
A reward is available for anyone who is able to capture him.
Anyone who can help can contact Karen on Kazzadee05.kd@gmail.com
