Scottish Labour candidate Fiona Hennebry has won the Clydebank Central by-election.
The vote was held following the resignation of disgraced former independent councillor Craig Edward in March.
She will now join the other three councillors who currently represent the ward; councillor Diane Docherty (Independent), councillor Clare Steel (Labour), and councillor Sophie Traynor (Scottish National Party).
The result was decided after four stages, due to the nature of the Single Transferable Vote system.
In the last local election held in 2022, there was a 41 per cent turnout.
However, this time the number of votes cast stood at 2845, from an electorate of 11,702.
This means the turnout was 24.3 per cent.
