GROUPS in West Dunbartonshire have been urged to apply for a grant that could provide free activities for children over the summer holidays.
School Holidays Involve Nurture & Engage (SHINE) is a programme put in place by West Dunbartonshire Council.
They work with local not-for-profit, constituted groups, providing free activities or services for children/young people/families in West Dunbartonshire during school holidays, from Monday, July 1 to Friday, August 9, as part of Summer SHINE 24.
All activities must be free of charge and lunch, or a snack, must form part of funding applications.
The closing date to apply is Friday, June 8, 2024.
