A burst water pipe has disrupted the supply to homes in Clydebank.

Scottish Water said it was aware of a burst water main in the Strathdee Avenue area of Kilbowie.

Teams are currently on site working to resolve the issue.

Repair work is estimated to take around three hours to complete.

During this time local residents are warned that they may experience no water supply, low/intermittent pressure, or discoloured water.

The utility firm said that the water supply will gradually return to normal once the works are finished.
