She went on to rise through the ranks to her current position in 2018.

Fiona said: “I decided I would take the job at CHA as a trainee and work there for six months while I tried to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.

“CHA supported me through external training and in-house mentoring which allowed me the chance to expand my experience and to progress in the organisation.

“It’s now 30 years later, I am the finance and corporate services manager, and I can honestly say that I have loved every minute of my time with CHA.”

Lynette Lees, chief executive at CHA, added: “Fiona is such a valuable member of staff and we’re delighted that she recently achieved the AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting, showing her continuous commitment to training and development.

“Fiona personifies hard work and dedication, and she continually provides great support to our staff teams and customers alike.

“We thank Fiona for her outstanding contribution to CHA”.
