A night of Mexican culture and cuisine is in store at the Cove Park artists’ centre on the Rosneath peninsula this weekend.

Chef Noel Morales and his wife Rachel Glueck are based on the Rosneath peninsula this summer and have created a menu they plan to share with Cove Park’s resident artists, writers, researchers and the wider local community this Friday, August 12.

The evening features an illustrated talk by Rachel on native Mexican culture, a menu by Noel featuring appetisers and a first and second course, and dessert by culinary deisnger, artist and Cove Park resident Rudy Kanyhe.

The event is connected to Cove Park’s summer activity programme and in particular the Unexpected Gardens project being run in collaboration with the Dandelion creative growing project.

Friday’s event is BYOB and places must be booked in advance. A donation of £10 per guest is requested to cover the cost of food and soft drinks. Click here for details.
