A 29-YEAR-OLD man was arrested for allegedly shouting and swearing in an abusive manner, making homophobic and disablist remarks at a Clydebank garage.
Police were called to the BP Garage, on Glasgow Road, at 10pm on July 8.
The man was also charged with theft by shoplifting, failing to provide details to officers, and breaching bail conditions in relation to a curfew.
He was held in custody and is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
