A FATHER in Clydebank has received his once-in-a-lifetime prize he won last year.
Kewesi ‘Ron’ Edwards paid £1.40 in hopes of winning a car to online competitions company BOTB.
The Post reported how the IT analyst was given a surprise visit at work in September last year when BOTB’s Sean Hall turned up to tell him he was this week’s winner and the new owner of a Audi RS3 - plus £20,000 richer.
At the time he said: “I can’t believe it. This has come at the perfect time as we’ve just welcomed our little boy into the world.”
Ron said he’d been playing BOTB for almost a year but plays for a different car each week so had no idea what he was going to find when Sean led him to his prize.

In the video BOTB deliver the car which Ron chose in a tango red metallic paint installed with the RS exhaust system as well as a comfort and sound pack.
The Audi RS3 Sportback is certainly an upgrade from Ron’s Vauxhall Insignia as it boasts 395bhp and runs at a top speed of 155mph.
After sitting in the car for the first time, he found an added surprise of £20,000 in the boot.
