SPORTS students at West College Scotland's Clydebank campus "got off on the right foot" this week as they enjoyed an induction session at the site.
Those starting the college's new Access to Sport HNC programme took part in a range of activities at the campus located on Queens Quay.
Both returning students, continuing into a higher-level course, and new students joined forces to take on a team fitness challenge.
Teams faced a number of tasks including sprinting half court and back, then full court and back as well as an accumulator of exercises.
This involved each member completing 20 air squats, 15 crunches, 10 press-ups, and five burpees before tagging another teammate to complete the same.
The winning group earned the title of being the 'team to beat' in the next challenge.
In a post on Twitter, department bosses said the fitness students "smashed" the team challenge.
The statement reads: "Our new Access to HNC students got off on the right foot at their induction yesterday (January 17).
"Smashing the team challenge."
