A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged assault on a woman in Clydebank.
The incident happened on Hawthorn Street on Sunday, December 12, shortly after midnight, report police.
A 26-year-old woman was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
The 17-year-old is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.

Police were not specific about where in Hawthorn Street the attack took place.
Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing and detectives from Clydebank CID are continuing to appeal to any witnesses to come forward.
Detective Constable Imran Abuzar, from Clydebank CID, said: “We are aware that there were a number of people and motorists in the area around the time of the incident, so are appealing to anyone who witnessed the attack to please come forward.”
