A Clydebank chippy is delighting customers with the latest addition to its menu.
Fish and chip shop McMonagle's Boat, which is moored on the Forth and Clyde Canal, has introduced a battered tattie scone alongside a battered square sausage.
Keen foodies can enjoy both on a roll.
The chippy is no stranger to unusual foods, having previously introduced “frickles” – battered pickles - and "Frice-cream”, a Morton’s roll fried in batter with ice cream in the middle.
Reacting to the boat's latest product launch on social media, one hungry diner said "now that would be a good breakfast roll", while another commented: "God damn that looks good!"
