A PENSIONER is to stand trial charged with sexually abusing four girls.
Cornelius McCuaig, 67, faces the claims which span between 1982 and 2004.
The 13 charges include accusations that he raped three of the now women, when they were girls.
The indictment states the alleged offences happened mainly at addresses in Drumchapel as well as Clydebank, Erskine and Milngavie.
It is claimed he supplied alcohol to one of the girls he is said to have raped.
Mr McCuaig also allegedly made violent threats to another.
The case called today at the High Court in Glasgow, where his lawyer, Lorraine Glancy, pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
Lord Matthews set a trial due to begin in August next year.
The case could last up to five days.
Mr McCuaig, of the city's Knightswood, remains on bail.
