A MAN is accused of killing a pensioner in Knightswood while riding a quad bike.
Kurt Kilgour is charged with causing the death of Margaret Meldrum, 75, by dangerous driving.
The incident occurred on July 13, 2019, in Millbrix Avenue.
Prosecutors alleged Kilgour, 25, had taken alcohol and controlled drugs.
The charge claims he repeatedly drove on the wrong side of the road before mounting the pavement.

The indictment states Kilgour failed to brake or take evasive action causing him to hit Margaret.
The OAP is said to have been so severely injured that she did not survive.
Kilgour faces other charges including an accusation that he drove the quad bike while "unfit through drink or drugs".
His QC Tony Graham entered no plea during a short hearing at Glasgow's High Court on October 18.
Lord Matthews adjourned the case until later this year.
