A TAKEAWAY driver has been reported to the procurator fiscal for allegedly not having the proper insurance.

Around 2.45pm on May 20, police stopped the 41-year-old male driver, who is from Knightswood.
A check reportedly showed he did not have the correct business insurance for his vehicle.
