A VACANT space within the former Botanics Garden Garage in the city's West End could be turned into a gym if city planners approve.
F45 want approval for their plan to create a circuit class based gym at 24 Vinicombe Street which is an A listed building.
They have also asked for permission to erect their sign at the premises.
F45 currently have a premises in West Campbell Street and describe themselves as 'a global fitness community specialising in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun and results- driven'.
A decision is expected on the plans by July 2 and the last date for comments is June 11.
