Emergency services rushed to an "incident" at Dalmuir rail station tonight.
All rail lines were stopped for a period with several police vehicles, a Police Scotland helicopter and an ambulance reported in attendance after about 9.30pm.
It is understood a disturbance started after more than 60 youths boarded a train at Balloch before the trouble erupted at Dalmuir.
Network Rail and ScotRail confirmed just before 10pm that trains had resumed running through the station but delays were still possible.
ℹ️ UPDATE: The emergency services have now dealt with the incident at Dalmuir. Train services running through this station are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled, delayed or revised. ^Paul
