A 36-year-old man has been arrested by police for allegedly failing to provide police with a roadside breath sample in Clydebank.
Police say the man was stopped in Glasgow Road because of concerns about the way he was riding a motorbike.
Officers stopped him near the intersection with Cart Street and Argyll Road at about 11pm on Sunday, February 21.
