FOUR people have been reported for allegedly breaking coronavirus restrictions by having a Hogmanay party.

Police were alerted at 10.40pm on December 31 and attended an address in Miller Street, Clydebank, and found a number of individuals who did not live at the address.

They broke up the party and two men, aged 22 and 23, and two 24-year-old women have been reported to the procurator fiscal for breach of Health Protection (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.

Clydebank police also reminded the public that they will engage with residents to explain and encourage them not to break the rules imposed to protect public health.
