A 37-year-old man was arrested on New Year’s Day for allegedly drink driving in Clydebank.
Police reportedly observed a vehicle being driven at speed on Dumbarton Road around 10.30am on January 1.
When they stopped the vehicle, the driver allegedly failed a roadside breath test and further tests at Clydebank police office.

He was further found to have no valid driving licence or insurance.
The man was released on an undertaking to appear at court.
