West Dunbartonshire Council are urging those who have had a baby between February and now and have not yet registered the birth to please contact the registrars.
Birth registrations were temporarily halted earlier this year due to the coronavirus pandemic but resumed in late June.

Since then the council’s registrars have registered nearly 500 births.
Residents who have had a baby between February and now and have not yet registered the birth are reminded to contact the registrars on 01389 738350 (Monday to Friday 9am-4pm) to arrange an appointment.
