A MAN who drove a motorbike while banned from the roads has been disqualified again for more than two years.
Joseph Merry, 26, of Montreal House, Clydebank, previously admitted to driving the motorcycle in Dumbarton Road, Duntocher Road, Swindon Street and Singer Street on June 6, 2019.
Merry also drove at excessive speed, repeatedly failing to obey road traffic signals and cause the bike to travel into the path of oncoming vehicles.

At Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week. Sheriff William Gallacher banned Merry from driving for 30 months, after which he must sit the extended test of competency.
He must do 100 hours of unpaid work in the community within 12 months.
Two other existing community payback orders - for having a lockback knife and breaching a curfew - continue without further review.
