A BID to create new affordable homes at the heart of Anniesland has been submitted to the council.
Partick Housing Association has put a planning application in to transform a vacant office block on Great Western Road.
Working in partnership with MAST Architects, Glasgow City Council and others, PHA’s proposals include converting the upper floors of the four-storey office building at Anniesland Cross.
The work would transform the unused space into 17 affordable new homes, comprising 11 one-bedroom flats and six two-bedroom flats for social rent.
The building has been vacant for a number of years and offers access to local shops, services, amenities and public transport.
