YOUNG people in Clydebank suffering with mental health issues are being urged to seek help from the local authority.
West Dunbartonshire Council have launched their own support service – a youth telephone helpline.
A spokeswoman said: “We understand the struggle young people go through with mental health, especially during these very uncertain times and we want to make it easy to access support quickly.”
The helpline is open 9-4pm Monday to Friday and staffed by fully qualified counsellors.
