A MAN is alleged to have assaulted police officers during an incident in Clydebank last week.
Police say they were speaking to a man at around 8.15pm on June 24 when he began to shout, swear and act in an abusive manner towards the public.
He reportedly resisted the officers’ attempts to arrest him and is alleged to have kicked them on the legs and body.
He was held in custody to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court the next day.
