POLICE who had reason to stop a driver in Mountblow allegedly found him to be under the influence of alcohol.
The man was cautioned and charged after he reportedly failed a roadside breath test on Perth Crescent at 3.50pm on June 23.
A report is being sent to the procurator fiscal.
