Guidance material for the next academic school year has been published for teachers and school officials across West Dunbartonshire.
The guidance aims to help teachers prepare for a new blended model of both classroom and home learning when schools re-open in August.
It will include an adapted Curriculum for Excellence, focus on prioritising the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of children and young people as well and extra support for children from vulnerable homes.
John Swinney, Deputy First Minister said: “This advice recognises that schools, classrooms and ways of learning will be completely different in the recovery phrase, so the education system as well as young people and their families will need help to adapt.”
