AN INDUSTRIAL unit in Clydebank was broken into on Friday night.

Cops have launched an investigation after someone forced entry into the premise on Beardmore Way.

The thief stole the keys to a vehicle, before filling the same vehicle with items from within the unit. The incident took place between 11.20pm and 11.50pm on Friday, May 22.

The suspect then made off in the stolen vehicle.

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
