WEST Dunbartonshire Council has reintroduced a limited grass-cutting service today (Monday).
This includes essential maintenance of parks and open spaces to ensure they are accessible for residents to use for exercise, as well as free from litter and dog fouling.
Due to the significant impact of Covid-19, including a reduced workforce and the requirement for WDC employees to follow physical distancing guidance, this service will initially focus on these areas only.
WDC say the process will remain under regular review until a wider service can be resumed. They are also planning for the phased reintroduction of the Care of Gardens scheme.
