VULNERABLE residents living in Clydebank will benefit from a dinner dance event in the future thanks to Golden Friendships.
The charity has received a £10,000 cash boost from the National Lottery Community Fund and plan to hold the events for the elderly, disabled and anyone who suffers from loneliness.
A total of four dinner dances will take place with volunteers transporting people to and from the events.
Elsewhere in the area, the West Dunbartonshire Minority Ethnic Association received a grant of £7,970.

And the Knightswood Community Association Wednesday Club will use their £1,250 cash boost to deliver two day trips for older people in the Knightswood area.
