A CLYDEBANK man who broke his bail conditions has appeared back in court.

William Ennis, of Duncombe View, was granted bail on July 24, 2019 at Dumbarton Sheriff Court – subject to the condition he would not communicate, or try to communicate, with a particular woman.

But on February 1, 2020, the 35-year-old got back in contact with her.

Ennis appeared back at court on Friday where Sheriff William Gallacher adjourned sentencing for a drug treatment and testing order assessment to be carried out.

An assessment will also be carried out to see if Ennis will be suitable for a place on the domestic abuse PAIR programme.
