Alternatives Community Recovery Project is asking for help from Bankies who have unwanted gardening tools and equipment.

The West Dunbartonshire charity supports people in recovery from problematic drug use. They are looking for donations of sleepers, slabs, soil, gardening tools and more.

The items are needed for a gardening project to make raised beds to grow their own fresh vegetables to support sustainable, in house, cookery classes.

Those experiencing addiction issues will be helped to live a healthier lifestyle through gardening and cooking activities.
