A MAN who was allegedly driving a car that was deemed “not road worthy” has been reported to the procurator fiscal.
The 31-year-old was stopped in the town by road traffic police on January 13 at 2.40pm.
He was charged with two road traffic offences and will appear in court.

Road traffic officers would like to remind motorists to ensure that their vehicles are in a road worthy condition and ready for winter conditions before using them.
